Returns are accepted on products on new / unused condition in original packaging within 30 days of receipt. 

You will receive a free printable shipping label 

Pack product including all accessories, manuals and free gifts securely in the original box and packaging.

Ship within 7 days of receiving shipping label.

Keep tracking info

Restocking fee 25% of product price (not including tax.)

Refunds will be processed after we receive and have inspected the item for new unused and undamaged condition in original packaging with all accessories and manuals.

Upon refund approval, we will notify you via email of initiation of refund process.

For Products received Defective or Damaged :

Contact support@waveridersupply.com within 2 days of receiving the product and provide photos and/or video showing that it was defective or damaged upon unboxing.

We will send you a shipping label to return the item.

Pack product including all accessories, manuals and free gifts securely in the original box and packaging.

Send us tracking info as soon as product has been shipped (at least within 7 days) and we will initiate shipping replacement product to you.
